Are you looking for a new club to join? Do you like volunteering within your community? Are you looking to add to your college applications? If so, Key Club may be the club for you. Key Club is an international student-led organization where high school students members perform acts of service within their communities. At Nottingham, our Key Club takes part in activities such as lending a hand at community events, collecting goods for those in need, helping out at elementary schools, and much more. Volunteering with Key Club is flexible, which means that Key Club members are able to participate in the events that best fit their schedules. By volunteering with Key Club, you earn valuable volunteer hours that are important for college acceptances and future jobs.
The Nottingham Key Club is run by a group of student officers and overseen by Mr. DiGiacomo and Mr. Perry. The 2018 student officers include: President- Makayta Cole, Co-Vice Presidents- Kathleen Blain and Kayla Mulrine, Secretary- Kristen Shanahan, and Treasurer- Kylie McGuire.
By joining Key Club, students are able to learn the importance of volunteering within their communities and are simultaneously given the chance to enhance their futures with volunteer hours and experience.
Any student interested in joining Key Club should contact Mr. DiGiacomo or Mr. Perry.
