New Year's Resolutions

Every year we make resolutions to try to better ourselves. The problem is that keeping New Year's resolutions can be difficult. Only 8% of people who make resolutions actually keep them.
Most of the time, we break our resolutions because they're unrealistic. We have to make sure that we're not over-reaching. Making sure you have enough time to complete your resolution is also necessary.
Surrounding yourself will people who push you is very crucial for keeping your resolutions. Always try to make sure that you have a friend with you, cheering you on.
Lastly, you should ask yourself if your resolution inspires you. If it makes you have a better lifestyle then it's a good resolution. You will more likely keep your resolution if it's something you truly want to achieve. In the end it's all about willpower and perseverance.
