The Balance Between Mental Health and School

How do you balance your Mental Health with School & your outside life? Do you have any advice to any upcoming seniors on how to maintain it?

1. Senior Nottingham student - “I take the time to do what I enjoy doing to take the stress off of school after I get my work done.  Don’t get senioritis, I handle everything I need to handle early so I can chill for the rest of the year.” 
2. Senior Nottingham student - “I like to make music & go to the gym and find something as an “escape” from homework or school things in general.” 
3. Senior Nottingham student - “My school work I try to get it done during school & manage my time so I can have free time and rest. Don't procrastinate and always get your stuff done on time so you can chill after.”​
